Raise your hand if you don’t want a healthy immune system! No one? Of course, it’s like asking people to raise their hands if they don’t want to be a billionaire… Our immune systems consist of a complex collection of cells, processes, and chemicals that constantly defends our bodies against invading pathogens, including viruses, toxins, and bacteria. Overall, the immune system does a remarkable job of defending us against disease-causing micro-organisms, but sometimes it fails…

Unfortunately, germs invade successfully and make you sick. You’re familiar with an apple a day keeps the doctor away, which is probably the truth behind it all – your diet plays a massive role in protecting you from toxins and infections.
